Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site _****_

_PAY_ : $16.00 to $18.00 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!

_SCHEDULE_ : Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal)

You understand how to connect with prospects, build rapport, and create a memorable experience that turns tours into leases. _What You Will be Doing_ :

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
• Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience

_What We Want To See_ :

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus
• Skilled problem solving
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
