\- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

_Qualifications:_
\- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
\- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
\- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation****
\- This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
\- Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred)

_Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!_
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
