Multifamily Housing | Pay: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at [The Arbors at Eastland](https://www.thearborsateastland.com/) in Bloomington, IL.

Essential Job Duties:

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Qualifications _:_

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportationrequired
