Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $22/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing at Monarch Mountain!

**Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

**

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

**

• 1+years' experience in general maintenance
• Drywalling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
• Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
