A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Greenhouse Pro Sales Rep, you’ll report to the Greenhouse Manager. While a member of the greater Greenhouse team first, you’ll own the relationship between Mulhalls and our Pro customers. Your primary duties will include helping Pros find the perfect plants, staging their orders in advance, and being readily available as their needs arise – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT
Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal
Champion the Pro experience, partnering with our Merchandising + Pro Sales team to manage the needs of our Pro customers
Lead the order staging process, assembling individual orders based on each order's pick list
Facilitate the Master Pick List process in alignment with the Master Pick Schedule on a daily basis
Make yourself a go-to person and a champion of training, follow-up, and delegation of tasks – for the whole Greenhouse and your focus area
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A belief in and passion for our purpose – beautifying our community
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a consistently positive response to pressure
The ability to bend and lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of weather conditions
A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them
