Multispares , a trusted supplier of truck, bus and trailer parts across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a Parts Interpreter Trainee to join our Christchurch team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals while working towards a nationally recognised qualification through the MITO Apprenticeship Programme.

What You'll Be Learning

As a Parts Interpreter Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Identifying and interpreting heavy vehicle spare parts
• Assisting customers over the phone, email and at the trade counter
• Understanding vehicle systems, parts catalogues and electronic parts systems
• Processing quotes, orders and invoices
• Building strong product knowledge across truck, trailer and bus parts
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working collaboratively with branch, warehouse and sales teams

Previous parts experience is not required. We will train the right person.
