Your Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, discussing features, benefits, and financing options
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications:

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
