LBAPS / Bright Start ABA is looking for a proactive Client Outreach Coordinator to expand our network and connect families with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate leads.

\- Identify key decision-makers and establish valuable relationships.

\- Follow up with client organizations to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

\- Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams.

\- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.

\- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and care.

\- Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

\- Utilize online resources for prospecting and research.

\- Assist with new hire onboarding and training.

\- Drive business development by sponsoring events and networking.

\- Identify publication opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

\- Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and targeted email/e-marketing campaigns.
