Facility Manager

As a technical building manager, you are responsible for keeping our company buildings (head office, production site, and external office location) and all related facilities running smoothly and efficiently. You combine hands-on experience with organizational insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the optimal functioning of the three locations through maintenance, budget management, and day-to-day supervision.
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs on buildings, installations, and furniture.
• Supervising and coordinating external technicians for both routine maintenance and larger maintenance, repair, or renovation projects.
• Monitoring technical systems and identifying the need for improvements or preventive maintenance.
• Supervising facility services like security, maintenance, cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensuring proper functioning of access and security systems such as fences, alarm systems, and surveillance cameras.
• Keeping the building safe, orderly, and clean, including managing personal protective equipment.
• Organizing adequate company emergency response.
• Contributing to efficient collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
