HR Operations Specialist

Our client, for the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to Join to the _Brazil, S ao Paulo_ Team. The principal responsability is to Support the team in the HR area.

Responsabilities:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Actively support in payroll activities by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Update internal databases (e.g. sick records or maternity leave etc.)
• Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, employment verifications, new hire guides etc.)
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners (e.g insurance vendors) and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees' queries about HR related issues
• Process employees' benefits and procedures (e.g. expense forms)
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. events, blood donation days etc.)
• Help organize and manage onboarding process

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist or relevant role will be considered an asset
• Previous experience and active involvement in Payroll activities
• MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
