Payments Senior Associate - Project Manager

Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM.

In this role, you will:

\- Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

\- Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.

\- Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.

\- Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.

\- Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.

**What we 're looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience in project management (PMO) within the technology sector.**

\- 3- 5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus!).

\- Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

• Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST.
• Leadership mindset with ability to coach small teams.

\- Problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments.
