As a Repair & Maintenance Production Planner, you manage repair orders within our Repair & Maintenance department from initial acceptance through to delivery. You plan capacities and schedules, ensure material availability, and make sure our Repair & Maintenance Technicians can work efficiently without interruptions. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Repair & Maintenance organization.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Plan and prioritize repair orders and manage lead times
- Coordinate capacity planning with the Team Lead and align with adjacent functions (Production, Service, Logistics)
- Ensure a smooth flow of materials: determine requirements, procure spare parts, and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain order data in the ERP system and monitor deadlines and backlogs
- Analyze key performance indicators (lead time, on-time delivery, WIP) and identify and implement improvement measures
