We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Bindery Machine Operator to join our production team at Range Printing — where craftsmanship meets creativity.** In this hands-on role, you’ll help transform printed sheets into beautifully finished products using state-of-the-art bindery and finishing equipment.

**What You’ll Do**

• Set up and operate a variety of finishing equipment — including cutters, folders, stitchers, and trimmers — to produce top-quality finished materials.
• Review job specs and production schedules to ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
• Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine-tuned adjustments as needed.
• Keep equipment in top shape through regular maintenance and cleaning.
• Work closely with teammates across departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and help us raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
