Remote-PA is on the lookout for a Remote Personal Assistant to join our vibrant team and deliver top-tier administrative support to our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, loves staying on top of tasks, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

_Administration & Scheduling_

• Organise and manage calendars, appointments and emails to keep operations running smoothly
• Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents as required by clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, send invites, and take detailed notes
• Maintain accurate records and databases

_Design & Content Creation_

• Use Canva to create designs and visual assets — social media graphics, thumbnails, banners, presentations, brochures and other marketing materials
• Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X
• Keep client branding consistent across every piece of content
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to help clients grow their online presence

_Client Support & Systems_

• Work with CRM systems to manage and track client interactions and data
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service that ensures a positive client experience
• Communicate confidently across the client's preferred tools

Tools & Technology You'll Use

• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude and AI note-takers/schedulers to work faster and smarter
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar
• CRM systems: to manage and track client interactions and data
• Communication tools: Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack
• Design tools: Canva for all visual and social media content
