RevOps Manager - Salesforce

Role Summary

We're seeking a RevOps Manager to lead our Salesforce platform operations and team. You'll own system strategy, team leadership, and drive continuous improvement of our revenue processes and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RevOps administrators and support team members
• Develop Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, flows, and automation
• Establish data governance policies, data quality standards, and compliance frameworks
• Manage integrations, AppExchange solutions, and overall technology stack
• Drive user adoption and organizational change management initiatives
• Build strategic dashboards and analytics for executive decision-making
• Lead Salesforce upgrades, release management, and sandbox strategy
• Identify and execute operational improvements and process optimization projects
• Manage RevOps budget, vendor relationships, and cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in a manager or senior administrator role
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and automation
• Proven team leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop staff
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrations and custom solutions
• Strategic mindset with ability to align platform strategy with business objectives
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required
• Platform Developer certification or equivalent experience preferred
