Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

> Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation:** $50,000-$200,000+ annually

**

Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

**

Training:** Paid Training Provided

**

Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

**

Travel:** Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

**

Experience:** No roofing experience required

As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
