Certified Nurse Assistants** are responsible to perform various resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. The Certified Nurse __**_Assistant_ maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The _Certified Nurse Assistant_ acts with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action. The _Certified Nurse Assistant_ strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of St. Agnes Home and to incorporate the goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for the individual human dignity.

We require:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant , in good standing, in the State of Missouri
• Must understand English in both verbal and written forms and be understood
• Must be able to perform the physical function of Certified Nurse Assistant with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred
• Basic computer skills

You must also:

• Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.
• Must have valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
