About us
Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance.
That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.
What you'll be doing
As our Financial Regulatory Reporting & Audit Expert, you'll ensure financial rigour, regulatory excellence, and robust compliance frameworks across our Luxembourg entities.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Audit coordination - Lead the day-to-day relationship with our co-outsourced internal audit function and external auditors — from audit planning and information gathering to reviewing programs and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Track audit findings and support management in driving remediation plans to completion.
- Senior stakeholder reporting - Keep senior management well-informed of audit progress; oversee the completion of audit action plans.
- Financial analytical reviews - Run monthly analytical reviews of the balance sheet and P&L of Luxembourg entities, ensuring data accuracy for key stakeholders.
- Annual accounts review - Quality-review the annual accounts of Luxembourg Group companies (Lux GAAP).
- Regulatory reporting ownership - Oversee the full regulatory and legal filing schedule with CSSF and other relevant bodies. Ensure deadlines are met, support new reporting as the Group grows, and grow into one of the Group's key experts on regulatory reporting.
- Control framework - Design and implement efficient controls around financial and regulatory reporting; continuously raise the bar. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Contribute to building governance frameworks that can support future growth.
- Regulatory intelligence - Stay ahead of CSSF circulars, AML/CFT developments, and PSF regulatory changes — and translate them into concrete actions.
Who we're looking for
This role needs someone detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with solid audit and Luxembourg regulatory expertise to maintain financial rigour and compliance.
- Audit background - Minimum 5 years in an audit firm (Big 4 or similar) with a strong financial audit focus.
- Education - Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Luxembourg regulatory expertise - Solid knowledge of CSSF circulars, PSF frameworks, and AML/CFT requirements.
- Sector fit - Experience auditing or working within Support PSFs, E-Money Institutions, or Investment Firms.
- Technical skills - Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP required. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Language proficiency - Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Stand-out skills - Exposure to banking sector audits/reporting, CSSF regulatory reporting frameworks (FINREP, COREP), internal audit/Long-Form Reports, or enthusiasm for AI-driven control optimisation.
Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.
