COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive pay scales starting from $20.00-$23.00 per hour
- Weekends 11AM-5PM Sat & Sun
- PAID Home Care Aide Registration (if not currently active).

HOME CARE AIDE DUTIES
- Companion Care: Companionship, activities, hydration and nutrition reminders, light housekeeping, shopping and running errands, meal prep, laundry, med reminders, rides to errands and appointments.
- Memory Care : (In addition to Companion care duties) Monitor and report changes in mental health status, care needs.
- SUPPORTING CLIENT 'S MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS: Client has bipolar disorder that is managed with medication, Monitor and report changes in mental health status, care needs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a working Smartphone (PAID biweekly reimbursement)
- Read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
- Driving/Transportation: Driving is an essential function of this position; must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle to perform client errands, transport clients and travel between client assignments when assigned.
- Employees must maintain a valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle record, access to a reliable vehicle, current vehicle registration, and automobile insurance meeting Company requirements.
- Must complete the CDSS-required Home Care Aide registration and Live Scan fingerprinting process
- Must satisfy the CDSS-required tuberculosis examination/documentation requirements
