Position Summary

We are looking for a **dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate** to join our team and support our daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on warehouse responsibilities, with occasional administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is **reliable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to think on their feet**. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills are essential, as this position requires both physical warehouse work and the ability to accurately navigate computer systems and enter information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, stage, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems
• Use email and other computer-based tools to communicate and complete daily tasks
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine warehouse and order-related issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping information
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Reliable and consistent attendance is required**
• **Basic to intermediate computer skills are required** , including the ability to navigate computer systems, use email, and enter data accurately
• **Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required**
• **Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills**
• Ability to learn and work with warehouse and inventory systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and company procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices is a plus.
