The Role

As our Executive Assistant , you’ll be a cornerstone of our leadership team’s productivity and organization. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll bring exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to manage schedules, communications, and special projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and travel.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations and reports.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate the needs of the leadership team, handling priorities with discretion.
• Coordinate special projects and track key deliverables to completion.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
