Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Management team in the daily running of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
• Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Help train and develop new and existing team members.
• Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift.
