>> Responsibilities

>> * Oversee the daily operations of the body shop

>> * Manage and support technicians to maximize productivity and quality

>> * Ensure high-quality repairs while meeting cycle time goals

>> * Order parts and maintain accurate inventory levels

>> * Coordinate repair schedules and workflow

>> * Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

>> * Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with insurance partners

>> * Collision Estimator - Write accurate insurance estimates, manage customer communication , DRP shop management and experience is required.

>> * A-Class Body Technicians - Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour

>> * Automotive Painters - Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour

>> * Paint Prep Technicians - Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour

>> * Automotive Detailers - Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish. Starting 18.00 per hour
