Customer Relations Manager-Stonebriar

Are you a person who loves to work with customers and ensure they have had a great experience? Are you someone who is organized and does great follow-up, as well as, holding others accountable for the same? Are you an experienced _Customer Relations Manage_ r looking for a great opportunity? Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking to add a _Customer Relations Manager_ to our team. This person will work with our sales staff and report to the General Manager. They will help provide an outstanding customer experience by dealing with customers at delivery and during any follow up that is required after the sale for their vehicle. This is a new position for us and will evolve over time. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who likes to get in and make things happen.

_Abilities:_

• _Ability to handle multiple requests at one time_
• _Ability to deal with customers if they are angry or upset and work towards a resolution_
• _Ability to work within a team environment to accomplish the goals of providing and outstanding experience for our customers_
• _Ability to schedule and work within a set process to hold salespeople accountable to our processes and to get customer issues resolved quickly and efficiently_
• _Ability to maintain CSI above manufacturers requirement_

_Qualifications:_

• _Dealership experience is preferred but not required_
• _Must be able to pass a background check which includes a drug screen_
• _Must be able to work within a team environment and help teammates as necessary_
• _Must be at least 18 years of age_
