Talent Acquisition Intern

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: No regular work; discussion session from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Recruiter to join our team. This remote internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain and update candidate data daily
- Join Saturday sessions for team discussions and learning
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment
- Basic knowledge of hiring processes is a plus
- Must have a working laptop and reliable internet connection
