POSITION TITLE:_Certified Maintenance Associate_ SHIFT: _2nd_****

SECTION OR DEPARTMENT: _Electronics Division_

__REPORTS TO: _Maintenance Superintendent_

LOCATION: _Edmonton, Kentucky_

****BASIC POSITION DUTIES:

• _Clearly understand and follow all Maintenance Procedures for production equipment and plant. follow standard procedures._
• _Preventive and routine maintenance activities._
• _General Repairs. Must be able to function as a technician._
• _Support Production Associates._
• _Responsible for safe and quality conscious moving and set-up of equipment. _
• _Help maintain spare parts inventory._
• _On call to support plant facilities or process during emergency situations._
• _Provide assistance to production in developing safe work practices. _
• _Completes Work orders as assigned._
• _Flexible work schedule to accommodate maintenance emergencies or changes in manufacturing schedule._
• _Establish, coordinate, and document on time preventive and routine maintenance activities. _
• _Understand and execute emergency procedures per “Emergency Procedures Manual”._
• _Be qualified or become qualified as first responder._
• _Understand, practice and enforce company policies, rules and procedures._
• _Effectively communicate issues among all shifts and departments._
• _Utilize communication Skills._
• _Other duties as necessary._

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

___2 year certificate from an accredited institution in an approved multi-discipline Industrial Maintenance Area, such as Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics/Electrical Maintenance._
