Creates and manages efficient manufacturing schedules, ensuring materials, labor, and equipment align with demand to deliver products on time while controlling costs, using strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (ERP/MRP software), focusing on optimization, inventory control, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments like Sales, Procurement, and Production.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, preferably within the Electronics industry
Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Scheduling : Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
Resource Coordination : Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available for production runs.
Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and initiate material orders.
Demand Planning : Collaborate with the Resource Persons to forecast demand and adjust plans.
Process Optimization : Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and implement LEAN principles.
Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues.
Reporting : Track progress, report on performance, and maintain production records.
