Job Title: Kindergarten / Early Years Teacher

Location: Dubai

Curriculum: Indian (CBSE)

Key Responsibilities

\- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons following EYFS / Reggio Emilia / Montessori approach.

\- Teach phonics, numeracy, literacy, and social skills to children aged 3–6 years.

\- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

\- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress (learning journeys, portfolios).

\- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and prepare daily/weekly reports.

\- Organize indoor & outdoor activities, circle time, story time, and sensory play.

\- Manage classroom assistants (if provided) and ensure child safety at all times.

\- Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development.

Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Cache Level 3 or higher / PGCE / B.Ed with EYFS specialization.

\- Minimum 2 years KG/EYFS teaching experience (UAE experience highly preferred).

\- Native English speaker or IELTS 7+ for non-natives.

\- Attested degrees + police clearance required.

\- Female candidates only (as per school policy).

\- Currently in UAE with transferable visa preferred.

\- Immediate joiners or max 1-month notice.
