Funding Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Funding Specialist to join our high-performing Revenue Team.

As a Funding Specialist, you’ll be at the final stage of our sales funnel , taking ownership of funding opportunities from handover to close. You’ll work closely with accountants, their clients (small businesses), and a range of lenders to deliver a seamless funding experience using our platform.

This is a key role where your expertise, communication skills, and deal management will make a real difference to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage funding opportunities end-to-end from handover to completion

• Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders: accountants, business owners, lenders, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce

• Use your knowledge of commercial finance to match clients with the best funding options

• Build strong relationships with lenders and stay updated on product changes and trends

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to improve our service offering

About You

• Strong understanding of commercial finance products (e.g. business loans, asset finance, invoice finance)

• Experience in a sales, lending, or underwriting role within financial services

• Confident communicator – both written and verbal

• Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders
• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
