Lead Nurture & Response Manager

Simera is looking for an exceptional communicator to manage follow-up with companies and referral partners who have expressed interest in our global hiring services. This is not primarily a cold-calling role. The focus is on responding quickly, writing thoughtful and personalized follow-ups, nurturing longer-term opportunities, and helping move interested prospects toward meetings and active hiring needs. The ideal candidate combines the discipline of a strong SDR with the communication and relationship-building skills of an account manager.
