Creator Partnerships Manager (DACH)

[CREATOARS](https://www.creatoars.com/?utm_source=dover) is a fast-growing creator management agency representing creators across multiple industries and platforms. As we continue to expand across the DACH region, we're looking for a commercially minded Creator Partnerships Manager to manage inbound brand opportunities and help build long-term partnerships.

In this role, you'll work closely with brands, agencies, creators, and our internal team to ensure campaigns run smoothly from initial enquiry to final delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound partnership enquiries from brands and agencies.
• Review campaign briefs and understand client objectives.
• Match brands with the right creators from our Micro (10K–100K) and Mid-Tier (100K–500K) roster.
• Coordinate creator availability, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics.
• Support commercial discussions around campaign scope, fees, and usage rights.
• Act as the main point of contact between brands, creators, and internal teams throughout campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet agreed objectives.
• Maintain accurate partnership, campaign, and reporting records.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, partnerships, account management, talent management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A good understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent German (required).
• Additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe.

Please note: This role is compensated through a performance-based commission structure and does not include a fixed base salary.
