We are partnering with a leading global health and life insurer to recruit a Medical Coordinator for their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities Apply the relevant administrative procedures for all files Ensure that all procedures have been carried out in accordance to the guidelines provided Sort, check and distribute emails / files according to the specific instructions Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents to medcase Identify and alert the line manager for anomalies and sensitive files and be a source of proposal Keep information confidential, and comply with data integrity and security policies To perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements You should have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field and preferably have experience within the Insurance Industry Strong team player and communication skills You are service oriented and have strong attention to detail Timeo-Performance Pte Ltd EA License No: 21C0685
