Job Overview

As a Prep Cook , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring as needed for daily service
• Prepare menu items according to the recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper food storage and labeling
• Assist in receiving and stocking kitchen inventory
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with various kitchen tasks as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a kitchen setting is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, equipment, and food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and take direction from leadership
• A positive attitude and a passion for good food!
• Must be 18+
