Arabic Localization Manager Onite in Shanghai

We are looking for 1 Arabic Localization Manager for a long-term onsite project in Shanghai.

Kindly note that this project require working onsite only!

Start: ASAP | Duration: 1+ year

Schedule: Business days, 8 hours/day (timeslot TBD)

Responsibilities

1\. Lead end-to-end Arabic language strategy for the MENA market

2\. Define and maintain RTL UX guidelines; run language quality reviews and contextual testing

3\. Implement AI-enabled localization workflows (prompt optimization, MTPE, QA standards)

4\. Build/maintain termbase, TM, style guide

5\. Manage external vendors/LSPs (RCA, training)

Requirements

1\. Strong Arabic proficiency (native-level preferred) + fluent English

2\. Abundant localization/translation experience

3\. CAT/TMS experience; proven RTL UI localization (iOS/Android/Web)

4\. Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools in localization (prompting/evaluation/MTPE)
