University District Dental is looking or a friendly, organized and energetic Dental Administrator to join our team! Located in the heart of one of Calgary's most vibrant communities, we're a busy, growing practice with a fun, supportive team and a strong focus on exceptional patient care.

We're looking for someone warm, dependable and proactive who loves people, communicates effectively and takes pride in creating a seamless experience from the moment a patient walks in the door. **WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:**

Mon : 9:30am - 6:00pm

Tues: 9:30am - 6:00pm

Wed: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Thurs: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Fri: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Sat: 8:00am - 2:00pm, 2 Saturdays a Month

Day they will have off on the weeks they work on Saturday: Thursday

Note: Experience with **Max Assist and Dentrix** is an a strong advantage.
