What You'll Be Doing

Create short-form video and social content (field shoots + editing)
\- Manage social media and local online presence
\- Support paid campaigns and track lead performance
\- Coordinate with the team on promotions and offers
\- Report on what's driving calls and booked jobs

What We're Looking For

Content creation / social media experience
\- Comfort with video editing and basic analytics
\- Home-services or trades marketing a plus
\- Self-starter who can own projects end to end
