Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors while driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning and improvement.

_Timeline Management and Coordination_

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
