Assisting Living Building CNA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisting Living Building CNA to join our team at University Home Care Inc in Royal Oak, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow all care plans, policies, and procedures as outlined by University Home Care Inc.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in assisted living or a similar healthcare setting is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
