Position Summary

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing home regulations.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience.

• Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations is preferred.
