- Be accountable for designing and implementing projects or individual modules of large projects
- Develop and formulate project recommendations and actionable insights to address client challenges
- Present findings, recommendations and deliverables to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and lead onsite and remote workshops
- Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client meetings, and networking events
- Minimum 3-5 years of consulting experience and/or experience in the life sciences/pharma industry in relevant roles
- Master's or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration, pharmaceutical sciences)
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, can-do attitude and proactivitiy
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative thinker with proven problem-solving skills
- High level of commitment and personal responsibility

- Ability to convincingly communicate in English and German
