Live Chat Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team at Woodland Dental Group with a competitive pay of $23/hr. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with our patients through our website's live chat feature. You will have the opportunity to provide top-notch customer service and assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients' needs and offering helpful solutions
• Schedule appointments and confirm patient information accurately
• Educate patients about our services and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with patients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
• Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office
• Proficient in using live chat software and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately record patient information
