Position Overview

True hospitality doesn't just happen at a hotel check-in desk. We are looking for Digital Hospitality Partners to serve as the remote "guardian angels" for our global travelers. This is high-end guest relations without the physical burnout. You will use your elite customer service skills to monitor live trips, handle mid-transit disruptions, and fulfill luxury concierge requests right from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, responsive "welcome standard" to travelers via WhatsApp, Live Chat, and video support.
• Provide real-time solutions for live travel hiccups, such as navigating missed connections, securing sudden flight re-routings, or handling late hotel arrivals.
• Fulfill premium client requests, including booking difficult restaurant reservations, arranging local private guides, or ordering custom room amenities.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the traveler's journey is frictionless from takeoff to landing.

Partner Requirements

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Virtual Assistance, or Cabin Crew/Front Desk roles.
• Flawless verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Calm under pressure—a proactive problem solver who handles unexpected travel updates with grace.
• A dedicated, quiet home office environment with robust digital connectivity.
