Your New Role

• Travel from Valley, Nebraska to commercial and industrial job sites throughout the Midwest
• Drive company vehicles using your Class A CDL
• Operate skid loaders and reach forklifts as part of daily field operations
• Assist experienced operators with excavation and grading activities
• Support site preparation, material movement, and general construction operations
• Assist with concrete construction activities as needed
• Help maintain safe, organized, and productive work areas
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Use smartphones and mobile applications for scheduling, communication, and reporting
• Work overtime as project needs require
• Support supervisors and crew members in keeping projects on schedule
