Your New Role
- Lead commercial construction projects throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from turnover through commissioning and final closeout
- Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, budgets, resource plans, and forecasts
- Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, labor, profitability, billing, revenue forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Review construction contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
- Coordinate procurement and long lead materials to keep projects moving
- Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to oversee field operations and installation activities
- Maintain project schedules and develop recovery plans when milestones or deadlines are at risk
- Conduct construction site visits, progress reviews, and quality inspections
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
- Coordinate commissioning, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
- Maintain strong communication with clients, owners, general contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure work complies with company, client, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements
- Support a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
