Your New Role
- Work as an HVAC Technician in Richardson, TX, serving customers throughout the surrounding service area
- Perform start up & testing of HVAC Systems in New Construction Homes
- Support residential new construction HVAC work
- Inspect, test, and verify proper HVAC system operation under appropriate guidance
- Develop hands-on knowledge of HVAC electrical wiring, controls, gauges, and system components
- Follow manufacturer specifications, technical manuals, and established procedures
- Identify basic HVAC issues and develop systematic troubleshooting skills
- Work safely and professionally on residential job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
- Communicate professionally with team members, contractors, and homeowners
- Take initiative to research unfamiliar equipment and learn new procedures
- Build the technical skills needed to progress toward more advanced HVAC service and diagnostic responsibilities
