Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Surgical Services – Registered Nurse to lead surgical services operations in a hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing leader with a strong background in surgical services, management, and acute critical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or a multistate RN license
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Experience in Surgical Services and Operating Room management
• Acute Critical Care experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a Primary Stroke Center environment preferred
