Set in the heart of the beautiful Brecon Beacons, Beacons' View provides high-quality nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia, learning disabilities and age-related conditions.

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly night team.

At Beacons' View, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night. Working alongside an experienced care team, you'll provide clinical leadership, make informed decisions and deliver outstanding person-centred nursing care.

About the Role

As a Night Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for leading the clinical care of residents throughout the night while supporting the wider care team to deliver the highest standards of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administering medication and treatments safely
• Undertaking clinical assessments and responding to changes in residents' health
• Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the night care team
• Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and families where required
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care at all times

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Holds a current NMC registration with a valid UK PIN

✔ Is passionate about delivering exceptional nursing care

✔ Has excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

✔ Is calm, compassionate and professional

✔ Enjoys leading and supporting a team

✔ Has experience working within elderly care, nursing homes or dementia care (desirable)

_Important Information_

_This is a permanent full-time position working 20:00pm–8:00am, including weekends on a rolling rota._

_Due to the rural location of Beacons' View, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and from the home for all scheduled shifts._

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
