We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly day team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in leading clinical care within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate nursing support.

Working closely with the wider care team, you'll help create a welcoming environment where residents feel respected, comfortable and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administering medication and treatments safely
• Undertaking clinical assessments and monitoring residents' wellbeing
• Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Providing leadership and clinical guidance to the care team
• Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and families
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care at all times

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Holds a current NMC registration and valid UK PIN

✔ Is passionate about delivering high-quality nursing care

✔ Has excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

✔ Is compassionate, reliable and professional

✔ Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

✔ Has experience working within elderly care, nursing homes or dementia care (desirable)

_Important Information_

_This is a permanent part-time position working 8:00am–20:00pm on a rolling rota, including weekends._

_Due to the rural location of the home, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and from The Mountains Nursing Home for all scheduled shifts._

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
