Operations Supervisor

Location: Roatán, Honduras

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations at The Clubs, leading the Housekeeping and Front Desk teams and coordinating operational needs with F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that facilities are clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.
• Supervise staff, organize schedules, and coordinate operational coverage.
• Manage supplies, inventories, and payroll-related attendance records.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and event preparations.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints.
• Prepare daily reports and operational plans in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in hospitality operations and staff supervision.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO stock rotation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Odoo, MaintainX, and POS systems is preferred.
• Availability to work on-site in Roatán, with scheduling flexibility based on operational needs.
