Technical Training Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Rosebel Mines by developing equipment manuals, procedures, and best practices that promote safe and efficient equipment use. The successful candidate will support and participate in training-related projects, working closely with the Training Department while ensuring compliance with established policies, practices, and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Mine Training Coordinator and Training Supervisors with the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs.
• Support the development and improvement of training lessons, workshops, learning materials, and training content to meet operational and employee development needs.
• Perform administrative duties related to training, including document control, maintaining accurate training records, and assisting with program budget monitoring.
• Support employee development by mentoring employees, assisting them in achieving their performance goals, and promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible work environment by supporting policies and procedures, monitoring training activities, and identifying opportunities to improve safety and operational performance.
